Vinivia moved their product department to California. As such my time got cut short. In my private life my 2nd son was just born and I took a few months sabbatical to stay with him. During this sabbatical I have been educating myself on the latest trends around GPT4 automation and stable diffusion generation.

Responsible for building and growing dev-sec-ops teams in a SAFe scale-up environment. Responsible for team metrics (i.e. Velocity and burn-down) and reporting sprint results to Chief Product Officer. Determining and updating the product roadmap. Backlog grooming, refinements and planning sessions. All sprint ceremonies were under my responsibility. Setting up and enhancing the toolstack such as Jira, Confluence and ProdPad. Responsible for feature and release documentation.

As Product Owner, I was responsible for the sub-branch CREWSTUDIO and its development.
I managed our off-shore development teams and I was responsible for the stakeholders needs and planning an accurate roadmap by means of phased sprints. I’m managing our QA agents and customer support team.

As e-Commerce specialist I was in charge of maintaining the existing e-commerce platforms and creating new mini-webshops to complement the existing webshops.

Next to the technical maintenance, my task was the SEO optimization of the platforms and increasing the organic traffic of the platforms.

Sadly, I’ve left this company early due to my plans to migrate to Switzerland becoming a reality.

As e-business consultant, it was my job to keep the existing clients in the Netherlands happy and create a network to increase our brand awareness.

I’ve managed to grow the brand awareness a lot and generated a database with over 500 good potential leads for the business.

I’ve held over 24 keynote presentations across the country by aligning ourselves with be-united business meetings as a partner. We also reached out to the UK market by attending and speaking on savant events, broadening the international outreach of the brand even more.

As E-Commerce manager, I was in charge of B2B & B2C e-Commerce platforms in the business.

Managing an off-shore development agency of 40 people to maintain our Magento 1.7 stores.

Building new platforms on OpenCart and Shopify, with marketplace integrations for Amazon and eBay.

Managed a project where we migrated our Magento 1.7 platform into Magento 2.0 including the implementation of a new ERP environment (AFAS Profit).

In terms of marketing, I was in charge of its SEO performance, optimization, and conversions for both B2B as well as B2C.

We started Orbition as a side-job next to our studies. We were a team of 3, consisting of myself as sales-outreach and UX/UI design, a back-end developer and a front-end developer.

We had the pleasure to work on multiple platforms, one of them being a social media and marketplace integration for the awareness and trading of art, directly from artists.
